Are SearchMaster subscribers required to receive the SearchMaster Newsletter?
Yes, they are. The SearchMaster Newsletter is sent out not only to advise subscribers that there are updates but to provide tips, tricks, shortcuts, and info on new features that greatly enhance the SearchMaster experience for the end user.
If, when a SearchMaster subscriber receives the SearchMaster Newsletter, the subscriber elects to be removed from the newsletter mailing list, that subscriber immediately surrenders all SearchMaster update, upgrade, and support rights. Why? Because, as the one who provides all SearchMaster support, I don’t want to be responding to telephone or email support questions that have already been addressed in detail in the current newsletter or in previous SearchMaster newsletters.
