SearchMaster users with current subscriptions have multiple avenues for obtaining support: email support, website support, toll-free support, and even remote support. Jim will remotely access the subscriber’s computer so that, while speaking to the end user on the telephone, he can demonstrate, right on the subscriber’s computer, how to do this, that, or the other.
